Prolyte Asia Pacific, part of the Prolyte Group, has partnered up with Natura RigTech in order to expand its ProLyft service to the entertainment industry in India and provide all its Service Point related services with immediate effect.
The goal of these Service Points (SPs) is to offer a trained team of professional technicians that are capable of repairing and maintaining manual and electrical chain hoists. All SP’s will have stock in spare parts and offer servicing and repair. They will also use the ProLyft database to store and provide all servicing information and perform annual inspections in accordance to the life time warranty all ProLyft hoists come with.
Established in 2006 and based in Mumbai, Natura has gained a reputation within the rigging industry over a reasonably short time. Avishkar Tendle, managing director of Natura commented: ‘Our business has not focused on this kind of service in the past, but it is certainly in line with our philosophy as a company. This is why we are very glad to be appointed as a Service Point for the nearly two decades long “best-selling chain hoist in India”. Our main focus as a Service Point will be on servicing and recertification of the many existing, languishing hoists in India.’
