Freelance Outdoor Educators:

Site Manager: Lead the delivery of Adventure activities (Activity Incharge).You should be certified in conducting adventure-based activities (Basic Mountaineering /Advanced Mountaineering /NOLS Courses) and managing safety standards those being the essential requirements.You should be a certified First Aider. You should have an experience of about 5-8yrs in Outdoors.You Should be capable of leading an entire team of Outdoor Experts for conducting and succesfully executing any given event.

Outdoor Instructor: Lead the delivery of outdoor experiential programs. Passion for nature, sensitivity towards children, certified skills in conducting adventure-based experiences and managing safety standards are essential requirements.

Paintball Arena Instructor / Referees

Are you dependable and hard working and want to work in a great environment? We're always looking for people we can count on that are conscientious and enjoy working with other people. At the Natura Adventure Arena we are looking for team-oriented, responsible, & hard-working referees. Referees will be well-mannered, well-groomed and dedicated to safety. Referees are important representatives of Natura and are directly responsible for the safety and enjoyment of every Natura guest. Referees are friendly individuals who greet every guest with a smile, while leading them in a safe and exciting paintball experience. Referees are always prepared for a busy and fun filled day. Referees will be responsible to complete opening, closing and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Business Roles

Marketing & PR Manager (MPRM): Natura has several exciting Divisions which reach out to children, adults, schools, and institutions. Seek young trained individuals with a rare combination of thinking and execution skills. Relevant experience in high quality multinational (e.g. P&G, Unilever, Cadbury etc ) is essential with competencies in marketing plan development, market research, concepts, innovations, and execution both above and below the line. 3-5 years experience.

Sales Executive (SE): Sales Executive will be young professionals with a talent for sales and interest in Adventure & Outdoors Education. They will be responsible for revenues from key geographies. they will be responsible for customer contact and revenue generation

Finance Executive (FE): We are seeking applications for the role of a Finance Executive The responsibility of the Finance Executive is to ensure the accurate and timely recording and reconciliation of the financial transactions of the company, including the administration of leader money and accounts. The Finance Executive should be proactive and possess a high attention to detail and problem solving. You will also be required to work on weekends with days off in substitute during the week.

Content and Training Roles

School Curriculum Designer (SCD): Practicing teachers who have taught in leading schools, have subject matter expertise (Math, Science, Social Science, English) and have developed academic plans and resources. Exposure to innovative teaching methods, ability to research and develop original content is essential.

Corporate Trainer / Facilitator (CTF): Deliver enterprise education programs at locations across India and abroad. An individual with 10+ years of corporate experience in any domain, who has a hunger for learning and a flair for teaching. Previous people development and or teaching experience will be a distinct advantage. Could be located across any major city in India and be willing to travel.
